1. How do I choose my size?

You could find a size reference on each product page. Please note for the best fit, make sure to take note of your own measurements and compare them to the measurements for each size on the website.

“One size” does not necessarily fit all sizes, this means there’s only one size for the product.

 
2. How to change my order?
You can change the item information or delivery address by submitting a ticket before the shipment of your order. Note once the package is shipped out, it’s not possible to change the order.
3. Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

One or more items in your order could take more time to process due to different inventory at our warehouses. In this case, we will send you the items already in place, and once the rest of the items are ready, we’ll ship those our to your as well.

 

4.How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

The refund request will be processed once we have received the returned package at our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items. It normally takes 48 hours for the refund to appear on your Icyzone Wallet. The balance in your Wallet could either be applied in your future purchases or withdrawn to your Paypal account at any time. 

An email will also be sent to notify you once the request has been processed.

 

5.What if I received a wrong item?

If you received a wrong item, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery..
Please send us a few photos of the label on the wrong package you received as reference, and the SKUs of the items you should have received.

If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.

 

6. What if I received a defected item?

If you received a defected item, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please send us a description of the defection with a few photos. We will get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

7. Which items cannot be returned or refunded?

Accessories, jewelries, swimsuits, lingerie and tights can not be returned for hygienic reasons.

 

8. What methods of payment do you accept?
